Xander was still recovering from the other day with that guy who knocked him around. Didn't like that 'daughter' line he was using with Willow. But there was a lot work to around the farm. Like seeing about making sure there's plenty of bathrooms for all the new arrivals moving in here, and people already here. So he was looking over plans again, and looking for help.

"Oh hell yes. I really need some piping, and tiles, grout, cement.... I really need a lot for all of this."

Mort pulls, from his pocket, a sharpie, and begins drawing a rather well plotted map on the inside of the mirror. "It might behoove you to know that over here, a good three miles from the town, there is a big rig, with attached trailer, and an almost full gas tank, completely empty. Further, if one were to follow this road, down here, left at the intersection, drive past the crashed ufo, and a right at the giant tree, there is what used to be a family owned and operated fix it center."

Mort caps his pen.

"However, during the shattering, the entire family went missing, along with most of the town, leaving no one with any claim on the store, or its supplies."
