Do you know what is awesome?

BUBBLES is awesome.

No, really. See, someone looted (Dinah and Zinda) a factory's worth of liquid soap and sent vast amounts to the farm. Someone else (Steph) knew where to get glycerol and what happens when you add water, liquid siap and glyercol together. And someone else (Sokka) fashioned a bunch of wands of various sizes.

Although, actually, the tennis racket is Loo's favourite.

Mel, Loo and Hana are all out on the grass between bunker and farmhouse with a huge bucket of bubble mix, making a moderate mess.

Bubbles are awesome. Join them.

WAIT WAIT WHEN IT HOVERS THEY MOVE AWAY ~~yes air currents!~~

There is now a giant bat thing trying to chase bubbles.

Come back, bubbles! It just wants to talk to you!

"Crobat!" says Hana joyfully.

She is now more interested in catching Pokemon than bubbles. It happens.

hmm yes can it help y- OH MY GOD WHAT NO IT HAS ALREADY BEEN CAUGHT BY SOMEONE THIS IS NOT ALLOWED ALSO YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO USE POKEBALLS AND NOT YOUR HANDS!

Possibly Hana is dangling in the air now. If she has a good grip on the crobat.

When you have a Mom who never got the memo that three years olds are supposed to be too heavy to throw about, you not only develop a good grip, but you learn to really enjoy it.

"WWWWWWWWWWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"

OH IT'S A GAME!

"Crobat!"

Crobat is totally down with games. SWOOPIN TIME!

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!"

Hana's legs flail a little and scrape on the floor before she brings them up, even higher than her head and drops down again.

She's three years old, and not very good at aerodynamics, but she knows how to have fun.

Mel, watching and blowing bubbles with Loo, is apparently the Mom who Knows No Fear.

It possibly also helps that the crobat is used to carrying people much heavier than Hana. (Though generally less flaily.)

It dive-bombs at a cluster of bubbles.

Hana screams in delight and kicks violently at the bubbles, getting as many of them popped as possible. Although this involves some attaching to her foot, and that requires kicking herself to get them off.

"Up! Up! Up!"

Up. Gotcha.

How's waaaay above the roof for "up"? Is that good?

That's EXCELLENT! Hana loves it so much she's wriggling and screaming in utter delight, still shouting "up!"

Mel is now watching the two of them with at least 75% of her attention - the rest still making tennis racket bubble foam for Loo.

"That's enough up," she remarks, just loud enough to be heard.

All right, it can go highe-

Oh, wait. Let's not get Mom upset. Crobat does not want upset moms! (They get scary mad!)

Perhaps spiralling down a bit will please both parties?

Apparently so - Hana doesn't stop saying "Up," but she's clearly out for what she can get rather than demanding, and is still giggling like a giggly thng.

Mel's apparently OK with house height, though, because she's smiling and continues to play with Loo, who hasn't yet seen this fun game her sister has found.

Awesome. Aerobatics shall continue, with the chimneytop as an upper limit.

Until the pokemon gets tired and gently sets Hana down.

Which is just around the same time that Hana's hands get tired and she's slipping anyway.

Mel heads over, arms out, and Hana runs towards them happily, in order to be thrown up into the air.

"Momomomomom I went up flying up!"

Loo, meanwhile, is approaching Crobat with a little more caution.

Yay hanging from railing time!

...oh hello other small human.

Crobat watches her with the mild curiosity/wariness combo of most beasts when confronted with a small child.

"Cro?"

"Cro," Loo replies politely, and waves.

Then she attempts to poke it experimentally in the shoulder, more curious than wanting to ride like Hana did.

"Crobat."

It wobbles a bit at the poke, then shifts its footing slightly. "Bat..."

"Crobat," Loo repeats firmly. And when the prodding fails to make it explode, she finds the softest part and strokes.

"Crobat."

Oooh, petting! Petting is nice!

It shifts a wing for better petting angle.

"crooo..."

Loo smiles and continues to pet. Until she gets bored. Then she wants a proper cuddle.

There is a glance over at Mom, to make sure crobat-cuddling is approved.

Then it gingerly puts one wing around Loo's shoulders. Yay, people that like it!

(Crobats do not get a lot of cuddling usually.)

Yaaaay!

Loo's a very clingy cuddler. She puts both arms around the Pokemon and cuddles tight, rocking lightly from side to side with the cuddle.

She likes cuddles.

Cuddles are nice!

...even if it is being slightly squooshed. IT'S HAD WORSE IT CAN TOTALLY TAKE THIS.
