Sam has been working on the flying car. Modifying it.

For a car that doesn't run off petrol, this involves a surprising amount of both some sort of oil and, oddly, ash, which is why Sam is fairly filthy at the moment.

"That's a point, might want to build some more places for new arrivals to sleep and wash. Earth bunkers might be running out of room by now." Beat. "That, and we have over a dozen people wanting to use one shower in the morning."

"Working on that. I really need some more supplies. And a crew, since uh right now? You are looking at the construction team around here. But definitely gonna see about more facilities and rooms."

"Well. Give me some time and I could probably build some solar-powered showers. Maybe a solar-powered hot tub." It's hard to say if he's being serious or not. "And then give you some help making a building around them, maybe, into some proper bathhouse-things."
