Will is in one of the fields outside, doing his best to get the farm running again.

The weather is nice so his shirt is off and it feels good to have the sun on his back though he's still stiff.

"You look better. Than the last time I saw you, I mean." Sam remarks as he materialises next to Will.

Sam's arrival makes Will blink and laugh,

"As are ye, Sam. Soon we'll be growin' good crops 'ere."

Sonia is jogging again.

She takes a break partially because she is tired, but also because the scenery is pretty nice here. Both in the "woo shirtless" sense and the "o hay, I know farming" sense.

"Crops are good. Otherwise we might end up with a food issue, sooner or later."

"Tis good land 'ere, shouldna be a problem."

Will hears her jogging and at first thinks it might be Kate so looks up with a smile and then blinks,

"Fair day, milady."

"That's good to hear."

Beat.

"I'm bored." With a meaningful look at Will. Entertain him, Will! Juggling is acceptable, but not encouraged.

"Then 'elp me, tis seeds that need plantin' or could go 'untin'."

It's possible that Sam isn't listening. Slumping on Will and whining incoherently is way more fun!

Will sighs and pushes Sam with a laugh,

"Get off o'me."

Sam lets himself get pushed off, laughing.
"I'm already doing my bit for the farm - I'm building stuff. Might even make my blood into some form of super-effective fertiliser for some of the crops."

"Y- yeah. Um, 'afternoon." Awkward curtsey-thing that would work better if she were wearing a skirt, or really anything on her legs.

"...figured there had t'be someone workin' on things here."

"Aye, good. Tis so many new folks 'ere."

He is looking firmly at her face,

"Mel did 'er best to be sure we were all workin' is all, milady."

"More and more. Practically a constant stream of them."

And she notices and appreciates this.

"Oh, yeah... I'm s'posed t'be doin' stuff on the building team. Like, haulin' and all that.

"Not much call out here for my line, just now."

"Oh aye, milady an what's yer line as ye said? Forgive me manners, I'm Will Scarlett."

"Aye, 'ow are ye farin'?"

"Oh, yeah. Sonia. Belmont. Same here." She'll figure out manners eventually.

"I hunt demons."

"Can't complain. Well, somebody tried to electrocute me, but apart from that I can't complain."

Will stands a bit straighter at that,

"Demons, milady, must be a dangerous business."

As he stands, his own scars are a clearer since they stand out white against his tan.

"Why'd they do that?"

"I think it's just a hobby of theirs."

She nods, stonefaced. "What my family does.

"What about you? Not just farmin'?" She eyes his scars, trying to guess what they're from.

Boy that was a nice view. She had done some practice earlier, and now the person jogging over was in fact, a Kate. She also had a water bottle with her.

"How's it coming? Need some water?"
