There's a happy Xander around, who was driving a rig onto the farm. Took a long time to load it up with supplies from the fix-it store, but it was worth it. The appearance of even *more* supplies of cement, brick, and so on was another pleasant surprise to the happy carpenter. He wanted to shake the hands of the guy responsible. Likely even more since he was really grateful. Luckily the fix-it place had a cement mixer among many other tools. Even a portable generator so he could do a little with some power tools too. He jumped out of the rig, and started to unload a few items.

He then added a note of thanks to the board, and reminder to people interested in helping with construction to please report in. First priority was gonna be getting more bathrooms and showers around here for the growing community, and proceed from there.

Xander's talkative enough for everybody.

"Hey, great, you made it. Yeah, just set it outside off to the side somewhere. Figure out where to put all of this later on."

Ok, it's the strong silent type. Right, that's fine.

"Yeah, so once we get this set up, and check on possible pipes around here, we can get started on setting up some bathrooms and showers. Stall style to handle the group around here."

There will be some privacy, but facilities would have to be somewhat communal to compensate for the population expanding.

"Uh-huh, man and I thought the Ozman was quiet." Xander remarked, as he moved a pile of lumber over to another side.

"I try," he says, with that characteristic reserved solemnity marked by an edge of humour.
