Her recent conversation with 'The Innovator' convinced Babs that she had put off setting up a global broadcast system for far too long. She had gone on a caffeine binge shortly after and now, after a few days with almost no sleep, she's finished.

With a final few keystrokes her salvaged network of satellites and radio stations begin broadcasting her digitally masked voice: "This is Oracle broadcasting on and monitoring all available frequencies. If you are receiving this message, please respond."

The system loops the message and constantly monitors for responses. There may be pockets of survivors out there, and if so then she definitely wants to know about them.

"OK, so a teleporter we can use. Who else?"

"Met a new girl, though she walked in rather than contacting me by radio. Interesting one, too. Worked in our line back where she's from."

"Good," Dinah says, brushing hair back. "What's her gimmick?"

"Telekinesis, telepathy. I suspect that she'll be pretty useful. And she's got her heart in the right place, which matters too."

"Wow," Dinah says. And adds, "Telekinesis, seriously?"

"Yeah, I know. I'm not sure I've worked with someone with her skillset before, this should be interesting."

"I've worked with a telepath," Dinah points out, almost wistful. "They're useful to have around."

She misses J'onn. She misses everyone.

"Oh, I had a favour to ask you."

"Am I going to shudder when I hear it?" Barbara teases with a grin.

"That depends how much you love me and how much you want to indulge my every whim," Dinah admits cheerfully.

"Also, how much you think I need a vacation."

Barbara's eyes widen, then she adopts a teasing frown. "A vacation? I suppose you want it to be a paid one too, don't you?"

"Half pay is fine."

Babs isn't the only one who can divide by zero. The problem with Dinah, is you're never sure if she's quite dumb or really smart.

"I don't know if my budget can take that," Barbara says, voice grave. "You'll have to convince me that it's worth it."

Bright, winsome grin, then Dinah turns a little more serious.

"There's just a list of places I want to visit, find out the situation, check for survivors."

"I thought you wanted a vacation," Barbara quirks an eyebrow. "That sounds like work to me."

"Does that change whether or not I can do it?"

"No," Barbara admits. "But it does mean I won't be using any of your vacation days," she laughs.

"So that's a yes?"

Dinah gives a hopeful grin and hugs Babs tight.

"Can I take Lady Blackhawk and the Aerie? How much fuel have we got?"

"Yes, you can go. Yes, you can take Zinda and the plane. And you've got as much fuel as you need, Dinah. Always."

"Best friend ever," Dinah assures her. "I had all sorts of arguments prepared to where I wanted to go and why, as well."

"Well, since you went to all the trouble I suppose that the least I can do is actually listen to them," Barbara laughs. "Where and why?"

"Star City," Dinah says. "Keystone City. Okinawa, or if that doesn't work out, Hong Kong. And round it all off island hopping in Greece."

Barbara's lip twitches, "Looking for anyone in particular?"

"Lots of people," Dinah admits. "Or just evidence that they weren't there."

"I can understand that," she nods. "It's a good idea, and I can spare the Aerie One for a bit, especially now that I've managed to bring a couple more people into the operation."

"Just don't decide you'd rather have them than me, OK?"
