Her recent conversation with 'The Innovator' convinced Babs that she had put off setting up a global broadcast system for far too long. She had gone on a caffeine binge shortly after and now, after a few days with almost no sleep, she's finished.

With a final few keystrokes her salvaged network of satellites and radio stations begin broadcasting her digitally masked voice: "This is Oracle broadcasting on and monitoring all available frequencies. If you are receiving this message, please respond."

The system loops the message and constantly monitors for responses. There may be pockets of survivors out there, and if so then she definitely wants to know about them.

"Have you run into any other survivors?" Barbara asks as she simultaneously begins figuring out what he'll need to know while continuing to search for her voice archives.

[Do you mind if she does manage to correctly identify him at this point, or would you rather drag out the mis-identification?]

"None living." But quite a few deceased. "I've had no luck raising any of the telepaths." His team uses Raven, but she'd probably assume J'onn or Arthur. "And according to my instruments, there's nothing in orbit, or on the Moon to get in contact with. What's going on Oracle?"

((I'd prefer to hold off for a bit.))

"World jump," Barbara grimaces as she finally confirms that her voice files were not in the Aerie One's backup servers. Nothing to run a comparison against.

"The short version is that you've arrived in a world that, for reasons as yet unknown, has a rash of portals that bring things in from other worlds. You've been sucked in from home. The monsters you're up against likely came from other worlds. This place was mostly Earth-standard before whatever it was started."

"No metas, no magic," oddly, there doesn't seem to be Bruces usual distaste for the word when he says it. "Science unassisted by super genius or alien technology?"

He takes a few seconds to turn it over in his head. "Now tell me the good news."

"The good news is that about 10% of the global population managed to survive having monsters dropped on them. I've managed to cobble together something that at least approximates a communications network. And finally I've actually got the people and gear to start doing something about this mess."

She rubs her face, "If you can find somewhere to land it, I've got jet transport available."

"If you can get it to fly over the castle, I can get attached." Grapple or wings, he'll manage it. He's done higher speed pickups with Kon. "Any names I'll know?"

"I'll probably send Lady Blackhawk your way after she's had a chance to refuel. And maybe Black Canary with her."

Lady... Oh, right. Oracles crew. "Canary is here? Excellent. She's got a good head on her shoulders. Where are you working out of?"

"I got lucky. Came through with the Aerie One intact. So I've been using it as a mobile base of operations. Mostly working out of Kansas these days. There seems to be some sort of bubble that prevents portals from opening in the area so it's about as stable as this world gets."

Kansas- "Has Superman come through?" The x-ray vision might be an issue.

"Not... exactly. We've got a local version of him, but he's not the same person from back home."

"Mhmm."

Tim files that away for later use.

"When can you send that pick up?"

"There's a mission in progress, but once they get refueled I'll have them headed your way. Within 24 hours."

"Anything else I need to know?"

"Nothing that can't wait," Barbara decides. "I'll put together an information packet you can read on the way in."

"I'll be waiting." Did he get the bruskness from Bruce? Likely.
