Also on the Cooper farm, new arrival Dick is fixing his motorbike, frowning as he tries to beat it back into shape.

He hasn't seen hide nor hair of that Dean bloke and is getting sick of waiting. But there's not much else to do, with a ghostly sibling to look after and no idea where to start. The local library seems to have mysteriously lost all books on the supernatural and nobody here has seen Sparrow's body, that he's asked.

It's pretty annoying.

"Hey, stud."

Black Canary taps him on the shoulder with a spanner.

"Bats didn't include basic motorcycle maintainence? What have you done to it?"

"It's almost done." Dick thwacks the panel irritably. "Hit a rock a few miles outside of here -- we had to walk the rest of the way.

"Hey, gorgeous." Now he remembers to turn a bright grin to her. "Haven't seen you for a while."

"I've been busy," she answers, potentially getting inhisway by leaning her fishnet clad ass on the bike. "People to save, flowers to arrange. The occasional weekedn with Dr. Jones. How goes the hunt?"

It's OK, the bike's nearly done.

"No sign of her yet." Frown. "And I've met a guy who thinks he can help, but he won't be here for a while."

Frown!

"Well, we'll do what we can. I think it's good for Babs to get her surveillance on again. Who's the guy?"

"Dean Winchester -- you met him? A bit off the wall, but he seems all right."

"Which was exactly my assessment," she agrees. "I didn't know he was up here now. I met him down in Lawrence."

"Apparently some kid on this farm has a ghost problem too. Not Sparrow, another one. Don't ask me why he wants to help."

Dick screws the last hinge back on and grins at his work. "There."

"Nice," is Dinah's expert opinion, thumping the bike thoughtfully.

"The girl in the kitchen? She's not a problem."

"I haven't met her, but nobody's complaining about her. I guess that's the one he meant, though."

Dick scowls. "I miss when all I had to worry about was thumping bad guys."

"Plenty of bad guys around for thumping, if you know where to look," Dinah says cheerfully.

"Hey, when you've solved this little problem, I've been thinking about going to Star City for a while. Working vacation?"

"Sounds like fun!" Dick perks up. "Babs too?"

"If she wants to," says Dinah. "We could take the Aerie One."

"Excellent." Dick beams. "I could use a holiday. What's over there that you're looking into?"

"City records," she says. "Certain buildings. I'm just looking for people whose names I might recognise."

"Ah, gotcha." Dick grins at her. "I can help with that."

"Thought you would," Dinah replies, grinning back.
