...I'm starting to look forward to Cassidy and Frost's lecture, just because it'll mean this trip is over.

Angelo smirks, crouched at the side of the road as he tries to get a match in the little book he found in the gutter to light. He doesn't agree - not outloud. Jonothon doesn't need to hear it right now. "Oh, an' don't forget t-"

Watching a flame burst and leaning forward to triumphantly light the cigarette between his lips, Angelo looks up to finish the joke.

And finds a distinct lack of Chamber.

And Los Angeles.

"...a'ight," he says softly, rising to his feet and looking around with a frown around the cigarette. "Guess it really wasn't that funny."
