Neil is sitting on the roof of the bunker, wearing a brown sweater with white stripes, eating a pear.

It's a nice day out: clear skies, no snow, chill but not too cold. That explains why he's not in the warm cosy kitchen.

The name doesn't immediately strike her as familiar, but Anew can tell that he is being just as careful with dancing around certain details as she is.

"Ah... There is one similar to this back where I am from. That's why I was curious to see what it was up-close."

"Similar how?"

"Aside from the color scheme," Anew makes her point by waving her hand in the Gundam's direction as she speaks, "The structure itself is very similar to the model that I have seen. That is why it piqued my interest~"

Colour scheme?

...He just had an idea, and he's not sure he likes it.

"What year are you from?"

And she isn't sure if it's a good idea to answer that honestly.

"I have a twin brother," Neil says, slowly.

"His name is Lyle."

So he did catch her slip-up.

"So you are Lyle's brother...?" There's a twinge of surprise in her voice and she just sort of stares across to him for a few moments.

"Yeah." He tries for a casual tone, and mostly fails. "How do you know him?"

"We worked together back home," she says reluctantly, looking away from him, "We were close."

"Worked together where?"

Another delicate issue.

"We were colleagues... With the..." She is clearly having a bit of a problem coming up with something on the spot-- which could be either a huge flaw or just amusing.

If she's not going to finish that sentence, he's not going to finish it for her.

"It's complicated. Though, I am sure that you may already have something of a clue if you have been paying attention to the information as closely as I think you have."

Lightly: "Who, me?"

"I would like to think that you have been listening."

"And you haven't given me a whole lot of information."

And he's not willing to be completely open about the conclusions he's drawn from it. Being a member of Celestial Being is a suspicious game, or it can be. Neil had thought he'd left that all behind when he came to this world, but apparently not.
