After the strange forest, Will is on the front steps of the Cooper house with his shirt off bandaging the long sword cut on his chest and warily watching the woods.

(OOC: Mun is about just may disappear since not feeling great.)

"That looks nasty." Marley remarks idly as he passes.

"A metal spider thing with a sword attacked me in those woods an tisna too bad, fairly clean."

"... Okay. Fair enough, then."

"'ow are ye doin'?"

Will's got it pretty well bandaged and it helps that its on his chest, so he slowly pulls his shirt back on, he's rather sore from the fight.

"Better than you, evidently." Mildly.

"Marley, e'eryone is usually doin' better then me. 'avena seen ye an Val 'bout this much."

With a grin and a bit of snark.

"Val and I have been a bit busy." Marley smiles. "How's your back?"

"'urts bit less an 'asna been bleedin' as much."

Will does his best to sound better so Marley won't worry.

"Good."

"Thank ye for 'elpin' an all, tryin' to na be a burden."

"You're not a burden. Don't worry about it."

"Been practicin' my sword forms 'gain, feels good to through the motions at least."

"Do you have a sword, then?"

"Nay, just been usin' a stick with 'bout the same weight."

"We could probably find you a sword. Must be one somewhere on this world."

"Aye, would feel good to be properly armed 'gain, so far just 'ave a pocket knife an feels too small."

"I'll see about finding you one, maybe."

"Thank ye, oh an will be goin' with Tom at some point to do some 'xplorin', 'rhaps can find one o'me own, so Val doesna get 'nnoyed at me for makin' ye leave 'er."

"I don't think Val's that possessive."

"Know she doesna like me that much is all."

"She'll warm to you." Marley says. "She's just not good with people that need help."

"Aye, well I'm doin' better an will keep 'mprovin', I'm sure o'it."

Also he won't whine at all since clearly that never helps things.

"You will. Trust me on this."

"Aye, 'ope so, but did feel good to practice a bit. 'ave ye e'er used a sword?"

"Can't say I have."

"Could try an show ye, just so I 'ave someone to spar with."
