Sparrow doesn't like this plane. It's too big and too comfy and not at all what Heroes like Dick says Barbara is should be flying in. Also, she doesn't really like the fact that she slept here, and not on her own plane. Sure, the sofas are more comfy then in her cape on the floor, but her cape and costume are on the other plane and she feels undressed.

BUT. These computers she's found are awesome. So because no one's told her what she is and isn't allowed to touch, she's having a nosy.

And she still hasn't taken her shades off.

"I'll offer you communications gear, but it's up to you if you want to carry it." She's being careful with this one.

"What kinda communications gear?"

Sparrow scratches behind her ear, where large gold London Underground rondels swing like she forgot it wasn't the nineties anymore.

"I've still got something of a selection. It's all frequency-hopping encrypted satellite gear," she offers. "Everything from backpack rigs to ear-buds. Dinah still wears the earrings."

Tradition, you know.

Sparrow leaps on that.

"Who's Dinah?"

"My partner," Babs says easily, not precisely excited to give away more than that to a girl as... oddly belligerent as Sparrow is.

"Never heard of her," Sparrow says, mildly complaining. Although then she pauses, fingers on her chin.

"Not Dinah Barton?"

"No," Barbara grins, "Not Dinah Barton. Who, by the way, is someone I've never heard of either."

Sparrow shrugs. "She doesn't partner, anyway. Wouldn't leave her League."

Barbara leans forward curiously, "Which league is that?"

Sparrow hesitates for a bit, hen appears to internally shrug. The Canary doesn't have a secret identity any more than the SHIELD agents.

"Judgment League."

"Huh," Barbara says softly. "Back home the League's got a different name." She shrugs easily, "Your Dinah have a code name?"

"Yeah, Canary," Sparrow says. "Her identity's no more secret than yours."

Barbara snorts in amusement, "Wow, Dinah'll get a kick out of that." She cocks her head, "The similarities between our worlds are enough to make the differences all the more obvious."

"Huh," says Sparrow to that revelation, then; "you can say that again."

"It's familiar enough that I keep thinking I know what it's like, but it's not like that at all."

"Yeah," Sparrow agrees.

She's beginning to wonder if there's a Jubilation Lee on that world. not that she's going to ask.

"I keep trying to tell myself that that's one of the reasons you seem to have problems with me." Oh, look, that topic is back.

Sparrow turns her head sharply towards Babs.

"Geez, you really don't like not being the most popular kid in school, do ya?"

Barbara simply rolls her eyes. "Most people who don't like me have good reasons for it." She doesn't say it, but her tone implies that those reasons are valid while Sparrows are not.

"I bet they do."

Sparrow thinks she can see their point.

Barbara just shakes her head and smirks ever so slightly, "Yeah. I know who you remind me of now."

"So are we done here? I'm gonna help you out on missions, you're gonna help me out with info? Nothing that my boss wouldn't approve of?"

"I suppose so," Barbara suppresses her irritation. Teenagers.

"You want an account in my infonet, or would you rather hack yourself up one?"

"You could save me the bother, if you wanted," Sparrow allows.

A few quick strokes at the keyboard and Babs nods, "Done then. Dick trusts you, so you've got quite a bit of access." No need to mention that 1) Babs herself has been impressed with the kid's skills, or 2) Babs still doesn't really trust the kid herself.
