Will's been thinking about Garo's problem, he's not sure of the absolute best way to help so he's going through his sword forms in the Great Hall as he thinks.

There is a very loud curse word. And all thoughts on date, time, and the nature of such measurements in a postapocalyptic world populated by people from various dimensions are abandoned in favor of more immediate thoughts like, "Where is the closest solid object I can hide behind?"

It is a bit of a relief, in a way. A very embarrassing way.

More cursing happens once she is safely ensconced behind a podium.

She hasn't responded so Will is just going to stay with his back to her as he tries to think of what's appropriate in this situation.

He's not, Will has decided its better to get farther away since she looked young enough to be rather embarassed.
