Two things are wrong with this picture:

One, Chainsaw is standing beside a massive crater full of dirty water and dead squid.

Two, there's a sun in the sky and not a cliff in sight.

Three, those aren't even squid.

He can push all he wants; Chainsaw's not going anywhere.

After a few very delicious seconds, though, he pulls away (not by much) and cradles Abel's face in his hands. The gentleness is bizarre in context.

"Silly me," he murmurs, "not introducing myself. I'm Chainsaw. You?"

'Too traumatized to respond intelligibly' is not an acceptable answer, for the record.

Chainsaw leans in and runs the tip of his tongue up the crease of the scar, then licks his lips.

"Good," he husks, and kisses him again.

He blinks, trying to clear the spots from his eyes, and automatically takes control off Abel to deal with the more immediate threat of whoever just broke his fucking wrist.

Obviously, Abel is happy. Very happy to see you, Cain. Except not because you are a bastard and Holy Mother Mary he can't see you at the moment. But seriously, Cain, Abel is very glad you came to his rescue.

He sounds torn between amusement and anger.

"Who the fuck is this--" that sound, for the record, was his elbow hitting Chainsaw's face; it's very distinctive "--and what part of you're mine did you not get the first time? Should I give you another scar to get your attention?"

It gives Chainsaw an idea of where you are, and that's a bad move.

That sound was a blind, angry torturer barreling into Cain from the side.

"Got you," he says triumphantly, and establishes control.

He doesn't worry about Abel. Clearly the little bitch is not a threat.

Now, if Chainsaw hadn't just been interrupted in the middle of some very promising makeouts by a broken wrist and a kick in the balls, maybe he would do something sensible like use Cain to fend Abel off.

Instead he tries to hit back, with his bad hand.

It doesn't go well.

Also, he still can't quite see.

"Shit," he says, shaking his head rapidly (it doesn't help).

And what he actually does with Cain is send him straight for the crater lake. Do not pass go, do not collect $200. Also, don't swim.
