Sam took great delight in frequently asking 'are we nearly there yet?' as they travelled. Then his attention was rather sharply drawn by all the snow and ice around San Francisco.
Then his attention was even more sharply drawn by the sudden storm that picked up, tossing them around. Their landing was ... rather rough. They hit a tree, among other things.
Twenty minutes later, Sam is shivering from the cold as he inspects the engine of the car.
"Why is everything so cold here?" It is, indeed, very cold. San Francisco appears to be not only utterly wrecked, but also entirely deserted and covered in snow (almost up to Sam's knees) and frost. After a moment's staring at the engine. "Guys, we're going to need a bunch of new parts for this thing."

Her hand is moving up his thigh ever so quietly as they ride towards the harbor.

"I dream of you stopping the horse," Cheerfully. And then, because that not only suspicious but also doesn't give her much incentive to actually stop it. "And dancing with me."

"Oh I would like that, dear heart."
She raises a hand and the horses pull to stop and she dismounts, offering him a hand,
"We will find a bower and I will show you the warmth of ice before I take you to my Queen. Ride on without me."
Then the other riders are gone and the Fae leans close, drinking in the smell of Sam's life and magic,
"So powerful you are, dear heart."

Yeah. The act. That's his excuse and he's sticking to it.
"So, how many fairies are there here?"

She purrs as his hand moves through her hair and suddenly she's wearing a lot less, a floating gown of sky blue as she presses her body to his,
"Kiss me and become my man, dear heart."

Eventually, flatly: "If I kiss you, I'm going to become your servant for life aren't I?"
no subject
"Sam, where the bloody 'ell 'ave ye gone?!"
She pouts at him,
"Not my servant, simply my lover, dear heart, and think of the rewards for due service."
She presses against him again, her hand finding and caressing his desire.

He doesn't stop to look and see how well that works. He covers his mouth with one hand as he starts coughing blood, and runs for the horse, jumping on it. Only then does he realise that he doesn't know how to ride a horse.
He'll just try and make it gallop in Will's direction.

"Sam!!"

He promptly sets a hand on Will to support himself and hacks up rather a lot of blood onto the snow.

"Do ye need anythin' an did she 'urt ye?"

Will's now holding a tire iron and some broken wrought iron work that he found.
