Will is doing a little better. There are so many new people and things that he's found himself spending most of his time outside in his tree or with Kate.

The ache in him that's missing Sherwood and home is almost painful as he sits in his tree and watches the world below.

(OOC: I EP finally, the headvoice got shy on me. Fair warning for angst with the outlaw.)

He moves slightly to show her his healing back as proof, he's not that bad really.

"It is healing well."

Dinah speaks from the experience of having seen a lot of injuries.

Then her voice gets soft again.

"It'll get better, Will. I promise."

He nods again and looks up into the green of the tree before he speaks,

"Thank ye, just wish to be strong."

[serinusniger]

Dinah places a hand on his shoulder.

"I know," she says. "And you are, I can tell."

[will_scarlett]

"Forgive me for goin' on so. Who are the friends that came with ye?"

[serinusniger]

"It's no problem."

Dinah peers out across the fields, and points at the Aerie One. "See that? That's the Aerie One. Zinda Blake, she's our ace pilot, and my friend Babs is somewhere around the farm - she's in a wheelchair?"

He nods and his eyes go rather wide, he's never seen anything like the Aerie One.

[serinusniger]

"Maybe we'll take you out for a spin in it sometime?" Dinah offers, smiling at his shiny eyes.

[will_scarlett]

"Oh aye, would like that."

That gets a good smile from him which takes a few of the lines of worry off his face.
