Barbara has been around... REALLY!

She's just been really busy with computer... stuff. She is, in fact, developing a headache from staring at holographic computer displays for twelve hours a day for weeks on end. It's worth it, as she feels like she's starting to get an understanding of the world and what's going on, but it's a pain.

So she decides to get some air. She won't go far, of course, but she can take her chair down the ramp and sit at the base of it in the grass of the field (Zinda had insisted on testing the Aerie One's rough-field landing equipment, and Barbara hadn't objected) to let the crisp breeze play with her hair.

This? Was totally not fair. She was heading to school like she's supposed to, even if it seems soooo boring usually. And then her senses felt like something was wrong. Really, really wrong. A cacophony of light and sound overwhelmed her senses and she fell hard onto dry earth. She groaned as she slowly stood up. Uh-oh, this must be like that dimensional displacement stuff Uncle Ray and Uncle Egon have gone about during one of their brainstorming sessions. It definitely wasn't the bar, and New York hadn't had cornfields around for a really long time. She was now turning around at the edge of one, and there was no sign of people anywhere. Not even a flicker of ghosts in the area right now either. This was bad, like giant twinkie time bad possibly.

Right, gotta be some town or city or something around here somewhere right? Just gotta walk around and find it. So she dusted herself off, and started walking in a random direction, hoping her instincts were still good.

Steph is helping Hana walk!

There are big grins on both faces. Hana because LOOK LOOK SHE'S A BIG GIRL LOOK EEEE FOOTS ON GROUND! - and Steph because eeeeeee babies, she's missed them.

Up and down the corridor, up and down. Probably in everyone's way, but look at how cute the little Fire baby is! How could you mind?

Katara isn't sure what's going on, or where anyone is. There was a flash of light and a cracking noise, like the world broke in half, and then she was here -- somewhere in a field, with some animals that look like pigchickens gone wrong, and a filthy trough of water.

Well -- now it's just a trough of filth; Katara is circling the water in the air, cleaning it and practicing her bending at the same time. There's nothing better to do while she waits for her brother to turn up, after all.
