Having received some excellent information, Sokka has retreated from his car, briefly visiting the kitchen to see his sister (and steal a snack) and proceed to say absolutely nothing to her about it.

Not until he's sure.

Then he's heading back outside and around to the bunker, planning on sitting outside with his stack of apparently-useful-books and make some notes in a salvaged notebook.

Studying inside is highly overrated, especially when the subject is morbid.
